Cloudhost.services delivers fully managed Restic backups for small businesses. Data is encrypted before upload, transferred securely, and stored as encrypted repository objects in Amazon S3. Monitoring is included — restores are available as a self-serve kit or optional paid support.

Note: the restore kit provides your backed-up data. You are responsible for application/database configuration and system functionality after restore.

Restore delivery provides your backed-up data in a usable package (ex: decrypted output staged for download with a link valid for 72 hours). Restore support is focused on data recovery steps — not full system rebuilds, application troubleshooting, or endpoint remediation.

Optional add-on: Quarterly Restore Verification

Want extra peace of mind? Add quarterly restore verification to validate that your backups can be recovered to a test location. You’ll receive a brief report confirming completion and basic integrity checks.
Quarterly verification is performed against a test target location (not production). It does not include full application validation.

We prepare your restored data in a usable downloadable package and provide a secure link valid for 72 hours. This service focuses on delivering your backed-up data — not rebuilding systems or troubleshooting applications.

We’re responsible for running backups and helping deliver your backed-up data. System rebuilds, application configuration, and endpoint functionality are outside the scope unless you purchase restore support.
